Besides wanting to check out these books, this article gave me a couple of thoughts I hope are worth passing along.
ReplyDeleteAnother book/author out there, which some of you may already be familiar with is Alyson B. Stanfield's "I'd Rather Be in the Studio" You can also subscribe to her free art marketing newsletter through her website ArtBizCoach.com
Also the mention of packing art work for shipping and the dreaded styrofoam peanuts brought back memories of doing the shipping and receiving for the national show for the Pastel Painter's Society of CC.
We used to recommend a company Airfloat Systems (www.airfloatsys.com) They make a Strongbox that is very durable and can be reused many times for shipping securely and easily.
